Windstar rates apply to active/retired interline (airline employees) only. ONE cabin could only be booked and interline employee must be traveling. Military personnel do not qualify for Windstar rates per Windstar's contract. Sorry!
The WINDSURF carries only 308 passengers. It boasts wide-open deck spaces and many little extras makes a Windstar cruise remarkable . WIND SPIRIT & WIND STAR carry only 148 passengers.
