BED ACOMMODATION

• Maximum three paying adults with one child (from 0-12yrs old) free.

• Strictly no quadruple rooms allowed.

• Additional bed $20 USD per night. (payable at resort)

Crown Club room & Honeymoon Suites:

Adults only, Guarantee ocean view and balcony, in room Jacuzzi, king size beds air conditioning and

ceiling fan, satellite TV, mini bar (water, soft drinks and beer only), mini CD stereo, coffee maker,

bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, make up mirror.

• Continental breakfast, afternoon cocktails and concierge service at the Crown Club Lounge

• Cruise including lunch aboard the Cancun Queen (one/adult/stay - TUESDAYS), reservations required.

• Bottle of sparkling wine, fruit basket and flower arrangement upon arrival.

• These rooms are for adults only. Maximum two per room. No triple occupancy; king bed only

and no extra bedding supplied.

Family Crown

Located on the ground floor of the Crown Tower; one king size bed and separate area with 1 Triple bunk

bed. Satellite TV, Hair dryer, In-room safety deposit box, Clock radio & air conditioning, Telephone with

voice mail, Iron and Ironing board, Cable color TV with remote control, Coffee maker, Full bathroom with

shower & bathtub, Make-up mirror.

BED ACOMMODATION

• 5 bodies maximum.

Family Paradise

Located on the ground floor of the Paradise tower; Two level units ocean view. Lower unit has 1 double

bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 pulloout single bed, bathroom w/shower, cable TV, A/C. Higher level has 1 king bed,

full bathroom, cable TV iron board, in room safe, hairdryer, phone and A/C.

BED ACOMMODATION

• 7 bodies maximum

• Maximum 4 adults with 3 children.

It is our policy that all Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied

HONEYMOONERS:

Complementary bottle of domestic sparkling wine, plus an upgrade to the Crown Club Room, based on availability upon arrival. Marriage Certificate must be present at the arrival with a maximum validity of 45 days after the wedding date.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES:

The Hotel will accept cancellations without charge if the reservation is cancelled according to the following policy:

* From December 26th to January 2nd: Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival and No Show apply -  2 nights charge.

* From January 3rd to December 25rd: Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival and No Show apply

2 night charge..

NOTE - NO BUMP PROTECTION AT THIS PROPERTY: This resort does NOT allow bump if flying stand-by. If checking in a day late, they will apply a 1 night penalty OR may completely cancel your reservation. It is case by case situation.
